Tiger Collectibles - Auction FAQ's

If you do not have an account with Pandashop:

  • Please register as a new user at https://www.pandashop.my/my-account. Ensure that you use a password that is at minimum 10 characters in length and has a combination of:
    • At least 1 Capital letter
    • At least 1 number
    • At least 1 special character
  • If you are unable to register for an account, please drop us an email at pandashop.admin@wwf.org.my. We will register the account for you, and send you your login credentials within 24 hours.
  • Login to your Pandashop account at  https://www.pandashop.my/my-account
  • Visit pandashop.my to view the items in auction. Select the item of your interest and place your bids on the item page. You will receive a confirmation email on the placement of your successful bid. You will also see your successful placement of bid at the bottom of the page under the section “Auction History”.
  • You will receive an email notification that you’ve been outbid.
  • Please login to auction.pandashop.my to place your new bid.

Option 1:
You will receive an email notification that you’ve won the auction. Please proceed to visit auction.pandashop.my to make the payment.

Option 2:
Please visit the website auction.pandashop.my, if you are logged in, you will see that you’ve won the bid, and press on the “Pay Now” button on your item to make the payment.

Note: You will have 24 hours to make the payment. If payment is not received within 24 hours, we will place the item back on auction.

  • As these items are rare collectibles and require additional care during shipment, a WWF-Malaysia representative shall be contacting you to arrange for delivery within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
