Stan is a self-taught visual artist from Kuala Lumpur who enjoys experimenting with various mediums, both traditional and digital. He finds inspiration in oddities and curiosities, folklore layered with contemporary culture, and beauty in the macabre. His style can be described as neo-surrealist with a focus on storytelling, and often with an unmistakable eye for detail. For close to a decade, he has participated in various group shows, and has also produced his own mini-solo exhibition in 2019 titled CHROMAVASA – a portmanteau.
