For this pair of Malayan Tigers figurines, my share of doodles inspiration cum interpretation as below, The Malayan tiger is the national animal of Malaysia. Actually, the Malayan Tiger is one of the smallest tiger species found throughout the southern & central parts of the Malay Peninsula & southern parts of Thailand. The Malayan tiger is a tiger from a specific population of the Panthera tigris tigris subspecies that is native to Peninsular Malaysia. This population inhabits the southern & central parts of the Malay Peninsula. The Malayan tiger is Protected under the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 and is classified as Critically Endangered under the IUCN Red List for Threatened Species since 2015.
